Mid Life Crisis

For a girl whose thoughts rhyme... It was just an excuse to create a blog..

This blog gave me a chance to express and create..,
to learn.. and share..

I have shared my thghts...
my hopes..
my feelings.. my stories..
and am glad to have received such support from all of u...
sometimes strangers..
sometimes soulmates.. i say soulmate because.. "u all seem to get it!! :-)"

the post count is of 61 posts.. 55 of 'em being poems of my own..

I am not saying this is an end .. but I do wish for it to be a milestone..

anokhe se ek pal mein
dil ki baat keh di
tumhe kisiki chahat
.. kisiko dil ki rahat, mil gayi

dhunda humne hi bas kisiko nahin,
apnoko gairon ki chah mil gayi!

Rites of Passage

One passes over..
One awaits the end
One still thinking..
if it would commence!

related in ridges
separated in rifts
sharing the story
looking within..

tied up in feelings
linked in faith
we talk through our lives
awaiting the fate

going through it all
a rite of passage..

A windy night

awaiting the discomfort
of telling a lie
I turn in my sleep
troubled by thoughts
not mine to keep
not mine to believe..
sleep evades me
..as i open my eyes,
I see his face
in the moonlit night

tomorrow..
Till tomorrow i shall wait... again
not now.. not yet
i shall let him know.. in time..

you are not mine..
not my soul..
not my heart..
not my life...
